How to reset the Wiser Smart Plug

To reset the device, follow these steps based on your device:

1. Ensure that the Plug is installed in a wall socket.

2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button.

3. In five seconds the LED will flash blue six times then go out. The Plug is now reset.

To pair the device once again please:

1. Tap when on the Home screen of the Wiser app.

2. Tap Devices > + > Appliances > Smart Plug.

   TIP: You can also navigate by tapping Control > + > Appliances > Smart Plug.

   TIP: The next screen shows the joining process of the Plug.
3. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds on the Plug until the LED flashes blue.
