How to identify your Wiser HubR model Follow
With the Wiser 2nd Generation HubR you're able to benefit from the new range of smart home devices. However, If you're unsure which one you have, the following guide will assist in identifying your device.
The setup, heating and hot water* buttons on the new 2nd Generation HubR will be vertically down the left hand side of the device
The 1st Generation HubR have buttons and LEDs across the top in a horizontal format.
*Hot water will only be displayed on 2 or 3 channel HubRs
If the HubR has not yet been installed you may be able to determine the model using the product code or sticker on the reverse side of the Hub, however, this information will not be accessible once the device is connected to the wallplate. The sticker for the 2nd Generation HubR will contain the network SSID and Password whereas the 1st Generation contains only the MAC address.
