For iOS & Android devices, when choosing the option “Open Wi-Fi Settings” you will not be able to connect your Heat Hub to a new router.
However, whilst we investigate this behaviour please follow the workaround below to connect your Heat Hub to your home network.

Select Logout.

In the log in page click “back” in the top left corner.

Choose the option “Get Started” to begin the connection process.

Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the Heat Hub R.

Press on the network name you wish to join and input the password.

Please skip the “adding devices” section of the setup.

Once on the registration page, select skip once more.
You will receive the pop-up message "Are you sure? You wont be able to control your devices out of the home" Please select yes. - Go to settings by clicking on the cog/gear on the top left.

Navigate to the account page and log out.

Log back in to the app using your paired account.
You should now be back in the app and able to use the system as normal.
