How do I factory reset the Wiser Electrical Heat Switch?

If you need to remove the Wiser Electrical Heat Switch from your system or set it up again, you can restore it to its factory settings by performing a device reset.

To factory reset the device:

1. Press and hold the button on the Wiser Electrical Heat Switch for more than 20 seconds.
2. After approximately 15 seconds, the LED will begin flashing red.
3. Continue holding the button until the LED stops flashing red.
4. Release the button.

The Wiser Electrical Heat Switch has now been restored to its factory settings and is ready to be paired with a Wiser Hub again if required. To pair the device once again navigate to the Devices or Control page and select the + symbol in the upper right corner.
