My heat report has stopped working, what should I do? Follow
1. Disable WiFi on your phone running the Wiser Heat app and ensure mobile data is enabled (this ensures your phone is connecting to your system via the cloud)
2. Open the Wiser Heat app
3. Go to settings
4. Tap "account"
5. Logout of the app
6. Log back in to the Wiser Heat app
7. Re-open your heating report
