My Heat Report has stopped working, what should I do? Follow
1. Disable WiFi on your phone running the Wiser Home app (this ensures your phone is connecting to your system via the cloud).
2. Open the Wiser Home app.
3. Go to settings.
4. Tap "Account".
5. Logout of the app.
6. Log back in to the Wiser Home app.
7. Re-open your heat report.
