I have a wired thermostat connected to my boiler - What do I do? Follow

You may find that you have an existing wall thermostat that is setup on your system which may interfere with your new Wiser product. Two possible workarounds for this scenario:

1st scenario:
You can turn the existing room thermostat up to max which is the same as creating a permanent connection supply.

2nd scenario:
Alternatively, you can also join these wires together from where old thermostat is. This is the same as creating a permanent supply through the LIVE-IN and SWITCH-LIVE connections. We recommend getting an electrician to do this wiring correctly.

Please also make sure to delete any existing schedules or programmes which may have been programmed previously on the wall thermostat.
