They don't fit on the Paegler ones which are common in the UK (well they fit but spin around if you physically touch them), I've already asked about an adapter but they don't do one or have no plans to do one.

Can you confirm the Pegler 3 Terrier TRV valve is compatible?

As per my comment above I have fitted them on the valve but like I said they spin if you physically touch them, since I only ever use the app to control the radiators it wasn't a show stopper for me, more of an annoyance and you can hold the body of the Wiser TRV and just turn the head clockwise or anti clockwise if you want manual adjustment.

I did see an adapter somewhere online but it was way more expensive given the number of radiators I had so ultimately I've lived with it the way it is (like I said more of an annoyance). I did think maybe at some point if I got a 3D printer I could maybe print one but given the heat I'm not sure that materials used for that would take it.

3D printing filament is fine at 70C, the max heat from a radiator.  I have Drayton auto-balancing valves, and the wiser TRVs spin on these too. Drayton valve with a drayton TRV and they are incompatible.. tut-tut.
