Wiser New Homeowner Set Up

To create and pair a new account to your Wiser Hub^R please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Wiser Home app & select “Get started”. 
2. Input the credentials to register your email address. 
3. Accept the verification email from your email inbox. 
4. Return to the app and enter your address. 
5. Select your region and then Hub^R
6. Tap the setup once and connect to the temporary Wiser network. 
7. Once connected return to the app and select continue. 
8. Select the correct fuel and control type for your installation. 
9. Ensure to complete WiFi setup journey, and select the desired home WiFi network name & input credentials. 
   If you are using a 2nd Generation Hub^R you will need to enter a password when manually connecting to the setup network. This can be found on the Hub^R itself. 
10. Proceed to setting up a heating system/adding device (you can add devices at any stage should you wish to skip this initially). 
11. After pairing the end devices, please select "done", you should now be in the Home page of the app and able to control the heating.
