Wiser Room Thermostat LED Guide

Status	LED	Description
Low Battery	Flashing Red	LED under display flashes red when the batteries are low.
Triangle error	Red warning triangle	No connection to the wiser hub.
LED is constantly on	Solid Red	Hardware fault, contact the customer care center.
Flashing or solid green display		Device is not paired to the Wiser Hub. Factory reset performed on the device. Hardware fault, contact the customer care center
No LED		If the device is not displaying any LED behaviour this could indicate: The batteries are depleted and needs to be replaced The device has failed and may need to be replaced* *To determine if a replacement is required please raise a ticket with our technical support team.
