LED indications

Normal use

Status	Description
Power on	Flashing Amber
In connection with the Wifi gateway	Off: heating off Steady
	Green: heating on
Pairing in progress	Alternating Amber and Green flashing
Not paired	Off: heating off
	Steady Amber: heating on
Degraded mode (no connection with the thermostat or with the hub)	Flashing Red: heating off
	Steady Red: heating on
Manual Test / Forcing	Flashing Green: heating on due to forcing
No LED	If the device is not displaying any LED behaviour this could indicate: The power supply is not working The device has not been wired correctly The device has failed and may need to be replaced* *To determine if a replacement is required please raise a ticket with our technical support team.
