Device Offline Notifications Follow

You can set up notifications to inform you if one of your Wiser devices has gone offline. To set up, simply allow notifications from the initial prompt. If you say “maybe later” and change your mind, you can switch them on in settings. If you receive a notification, follow the instructions to get your device back online
