Router compatibility with Wiser Follow

The Wiser Home Hub will only connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi frequency as this provides the best possible performance over a longer distance.

Most dual-band routers are configured at the factory to work on both bands. If you have selected only the 5Ghz Wi-Fi frequency, you will experience an issue with the connectivity. In which case you should re-configure your router to work on both bands.
