What is a moment? Follow

A Moment allows you to control multiple Wiser devices with a single tap. Instead of adjusting each device individually. Moments are a personalised control, making it quick and easy to control your home they way you like.

For example, you could create a:

  • "Good Morning" Moment to turn on selected lights/Smart Plugs, and raise the heating temperature.
  • "Leaving Home" Moment to turn off smart plugs and reduce your heating before you leave.

Moments are activated manually from the Automation screen or, if enabled, from the Home screen. You can use the same Moment as often as you like.

Things to consider:

  • A Moment changes the current state of your selected devices but does not permanently change their settings.
  • If a device follows a schedule, the Moment will remain active only until the next scheduled event.
  • To undo a Moment, you can either manually adjust your devices or create another Moment that restores them to their previous state.
  • If your Moment includes Climate devices, you can remove their temporary changes by selecting Cancel all overrides.
