How to control hot water Follow
If the water droplet is blue, the hot water is on. If it is off, only an outline of a droplet will appear.
To control the hot water, tap the centre of the hot water bar on the home screen, or select hot water in the top navigation bar.
Then tap the hot water on/off.
Once in this screen you can also see if the hot water is following a schedule or not.

I am unsure whether there is any protection against freezing of the hot water pipes in Wiser. If I go on vacation in winter, I can set the away mode temperature for the heating system, but for the hot water I can only have it off altogether or on a single schedule. My boiler is in an outhouse, and I am worried about this. Currently I have changed my hot water schedule to come on for a short period several times a day while I am away just in case. Is this necessary?
Nest has an away mode temperature _and_ a "safety temperature". This would be a nice addition for Wiser.
