How do I activate battery alerts? Follow

If it is the first time you have accessed the app you need to click “allow notifications” when you are prompted by the Wiser Home app.

If you previously declined access for Wiser to send notifications, simply turn on notifications for Wiser in your phone settings as well as in Settings for the Wiser app. In your Wiser Home app, you will find them here:

Settings > Account > Notifications > Battery Alerts
