Wiser Comfort Mode Explained Follow
In this video, we explain how Wiser's Comfort Mode can take your smart heating to the next level. Comfort mode will ensure that your home is warm for the time you schedule, whereas traditional heating turns on at the time you schedule and can, therefore, take a long period of time to reach your desired temperature, thus, leaving you cold until it heats up!
Wiser's Comfort Mode makes things a whole lot smarter. It will learn how long it takes your home to get to your desired temperature and turn on the heating in time to make sure your home is warm for when you walk through the door. Comfort Mode can easily be set within the settings of the Wiser Heat App.

The link to the video is dead. I've switched on comfort mode but it doesn't appear to be doing anything, I set 20 degrees at 17:30 and it doesn't even start the boiler until this time period starts
How long does the system take to learn?
