Wiser Away Mode Explained Follow
With Wiser's Away Mode, things are a whole lot smarter. Once enabled, Away Mode will overwrite your heating schedule and reduce the setpoint to a default temperature of your choice, which ensures your home doesn't exceed a certain temperature whilst you're away.
When activated Away mode acts as a limiter for the setpoints on your system. Any rooms which are set to manual mode will follow the Away mode set point until another change is made to the system. The rooms which are set to auto mode will continue to follow the schedule but any events with temperatures above the Away mode set point will be altered to meet the Away mode temperature, events where the setpoint is lower than the Away mode set point will continue as normal.

Hot water and Away Mode
Away Mode can also control your hot water. To ensure hot water follows the Away Mode setting:
- From the Home/Control screen, tap Hot Water and turn off the boost feature.
- Go to Settings, select Away Mode, and make sure the Turn off Hot Water toggle is activated.
If hot water continues to run while Away Mode is active, check that the boost is off and the toggle is enabled. If the issue persists, monitor the system and contact support.
