Why do I get an error message when I try to link my Alexa account? Follow
If you see the message “Account linking requires pop-ups to be allowed for Amazon.co.uk” when you attempt to link your Wiser account to Alexa on an iOS device, then please follow these steps:
- Go to your phone settings
- Go to Safari
- Ensure “Block Pop-Ups” is switched to off
Once these actions have been completed, navigate back to the Wiser app and continue linking your accounts
