What does ‘awaiting data’ mean under my electricity and gas Recent Consumption graphs? Follow
This means, that for some reason we could not get your electricity data (nothing is coming through to us from your meter). This does not mean there is a problem with your meter – it is still reading your electricity, it is just that we cannot see it. A few tweaks with your energy supplier should solve the problem.
