Why do I see different numbers on my Trio In Home Display and in my Wiser App for Recent Consumption? Follow

Your TRIO In Home Display also shows you the current consumption of gas and electricity, in the tab called ‘Now’. However, the numbers are presented slightly differently there, so do not be confused when you compare the ‘Now’ on Trio display and the ‘Recent Consumption’ in the Wiser App.

TRIO displays the rate of consumption in the units of power – kW. Wiser app displays the consumption from the last 30 minutes in the units of energy – kWh. For electricity, Trio will display your electricity consumption rate (power) which will be updated every 10 seconds. For gas, Trio will display the gas consumption rate averaged over the last 30 min which will also be updated every 30 minutes.
