Why do I see different numbers on my Trio In Home Display and in my Wiser App for Recent Consumption? Follow

Your TRIO In-Home Display and the Wiser App display the energy information in different ways, which can result in different values being shown.

The TRIO IHD ‘Now’ tab shows the rate of consumption (for both your gas and electricity data in kilowatts (kW). Your electricity data updates every 10 seconds, whereas the gas data shows an average consumption rate over the last 30 minutes.

The ‘Recent Consumption’ section of Insights+ will shows energy used over time in kilowatt-hours (kWh). This displays the consumption data for both electricity and gas over the last 30 minutes.

As the IHD shows real-time power (kW) and Insights+ displays energy used over a period of time (kWh), the numbers may not match exactly.
