What do I do if I do not want Insights+ anymore and want to delete my account? Follow
In order to delete your account, please contact 0333 600 0622 or email support@schneider-electric.zendesk.com.
If you request that you want your account to be deleted, Schneider Electric and Geo will delete any data that was associated with Insights+. In your Wiser Home app, you will no longer see Insights+, instead your app will display the original Insights that is standard to the app.
