Homeowner set up, app journey, how to register

In order to control and manage your Wiser system, you'll need to first create a Wiser Home account. Your Wiser Home account enables you to securely access your Wiser system, control your home remotely, manage connected devices, and receive important account and system notifications.
 

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• The Wiser Home app installed on your mobile device or tablet.
  Downloading the Wiser Home App
• Access to the inbox of the email address you wish to use for your account.
• Your Wiser Hub powered on and ready for setup
   

Creating Your Wiser Home Account

1. Open the Wiser Home app.
2. Tap Get Started.
3. Select Homeowner.
4. Enter your:
   • First and last name
   • Email address
   • Password
5. Tap Create Account.
6. Check your email inbox and open the verification email.
7. Select the verification link to activate your account.
8. Return to the Wiser app and enter your address details.

After registering, the app will guide you through connecting your Wiser Hub and completing the setup of your Wiser system.
 

Setting Up Your Wiser Hub

1. In the Wiser Home app, select your Hub model.
2. Connect to the Hub using either:
   • QR Code Setup – Scan the QR code on the Hub using your phone's camera.
   • Manual Setup – Connect to the Hub's temporary Wi-Fi network using the credentials printed on the sticker attached to the Hub.
3. Set the Fuel and control type for your installation. 
4. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to connect the Hub to your home Wi-Fi network.

When the setup is complete, you can begin adding devices and personalising your Wiser system.
 

Add Devices to Your Wiser System

1. From the Home page of the Wiser Home app, navigate to the Devices or Control page.
2. Tap the + symbol in the upper-right corner to add a new device Device.
3. Select the type of device you want to add.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.
5. Assign the device to a room and customise its settings if required.

Repeat these steps for each device you want to add to your system.
