(2nd Generation) My account hasn’t paired – what do I do? Follow
In the event that your account has not paired during the initial setup, or the 2nd Generation Wiser Hub has been reset, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Wiser Home app and select log in.
- Input the credentials for your existing account.
- When on the home page you should see the message: "Let's add some devices to your home as it is looking quite empty" Please click on the green + icon.
- Select the 2nd Generation Wiser Hub/HubR
- Tap the setup once and connect to the temporary Wiser network by scanning the QR code or manually entering the password from the phones network settings.
The password for your 2nd Generation HubR will be printed on a sticker attached to the device. - Once connected return to the app and select continue.
- Select the correct fuel and control type for your installation.
- Ensure to complete the WiFi setup journey, and select the desired home WiFi network name & input credentials.
- Skip setting up a heating system/adding device, devices which were previously added will remain paired/new devices can be added at a later stage.
- You should now be in the Home page of the app and able to use the system as normal.
