Why is my location not displaying on my home screen?

The Wiser Heat app only shows the location of where your home is (the address information you inputted on initial setup of the system).

If you can’t see the location of your home on the Wiser Heat app you will not be able to get the weather data in the Wiser Heat app. 

If you need to add or change your home address, you can do this in the account menu by clicking "My Home". The account menu can be accessed in settings.
