My account hasn’t paired – what do I do? Follow

In the unlikely case that your account has not paired, during the initial setup, please follow the steps below:

    1. Open the Wiser Home app and select log in. 
    2. Input the credentials for your existing account.
    3. When on the home page you should see the message:  "Let's add some devices to your home as it is looking quite empty" Please click on the green + icon. 
    4. Select the Wiser HubR. 
    5. Tap the setup once and connect to the temporary Wiser network. 
    6. Once connected return to the app and select continue. 
    7. Select the correct fuel and control type for your installation. 
    8. Ensure to complete WiFi setup journey, and select the desired home WiFi network name & input credentials.
    9. Skip setting up a heating system/adding device (you can add devices at any stage).
    10. You should now be in the Home page of the app and able to use the system as normal.
