I am moving out of my house, how can I make sure that the new tenants can't access my heat report? (WH) Follow

If you are moving we recommend that you perform a factory reset on the HubR which will wipe your temperature data. When the new tenants then set up Wiser as if from new they will not see any of your past data from before the factory reset.

If you leave your IHD in the old house the smart metering back-end infrastructure should send a “Change of Tenancy” message to the home which will trigger a full device wipe, but you can also do a factory reset before you leave so that your data is definitely wiped before the new people move in.
