How do I find my MAC address, and why do I need this? Follow

From time to time Wiser technical support may ask you to provide your system MAC address to further help support your request or query. You can find this in two places.

The easiest place to find it is in the Wiser Home app:

1. Open the app and go to settings.

2. Tap devices.

3. Select your Wiser HubR.

4. You should now see a screen with your  Wiser HubR's MAC address.

You can also find it on the Wiser HubR if you cannot access via the app.

1. Put your Wiser HubR into set up mode:

2. Once setup mode is enabled, go to your phones list of WiFi networks in range, you should now see a new network called Wiser_xxxxxx

3. Don't forget to disable setup mode when not required
