Post Office routers

Some older Wi-Fi routers supplied by the internet service provider 'Post Office' do not support the type of security encryption required and therefore may not compatible with Wiser. 

The Wiser Hub controller supports WPA2-PSK encryption when setting up the home Wi-Fi connection.

The workaround is to get a range extender which supports WPA2-PSK and connect your Hub to the range extender.
