Post Office routers Follow

The Wi-Fi routers supplied by the internet service provider 'Post Office' does not support this type of security encryption and therefore not compatible with Wiser.

The Wiser Hub controller supports WPA2-PSK encryption when setting up the home Wi-Fi connection.

The workaround is to get a range extender which supports WPA2-PSK and connect your Hub to the range extender.
