Have you changed your router or internet service provider? Follow

If you have changed your W-iFi router you will need to manually connect the Wiser Hub to the new network. To do this please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Wiser Home app.
  2. When on the home page you will receive a connection error message.
Please click on the option "Learn more" and then look for the option "if you have changed your Wi-Fi router, please update your Hub Settings".
  3. Tap the setup once and connect to the temporary Wiser network.
When you see a pop-up please choose "always connect".
  4. Once connected return to the app and select "continue" then "next".
  5. Ensure to complete WiFi setup journey, and select the desired home WiFi network name & input credentials. If the new Wi-Fi is not shown please select "Can't see your network?" and enter the details manually
  6. The Hub will now look to re-join the home WiFi network.

If the Hub still struggles to find the network at this point it is possible that the issue may be related to how the network is broadcasting.
