Support for Google routers on mesh networks (2.4 and 5Ghz) Follow

We have found that some Google routers do not allow you to split the 2.4Ghz network and 5Ghz network.

If you are unable to split the 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz networks please turn off 'IPV6' on the Google network/router. To do this, please download the google WIFI app. Then go to the 4 squares in the top right. Select 'network and general' followed by 'advanced' then finally 'IPV6'.

This should then provide a more stable connection between your HubR and Google router.

You may need to access the Web Interface of the network to do this or alternatively, speak with your internet service provider who may be able to make this change for your.
