Unfortunately not. If using a corporate VPN service, or a VPN app service on your phone, you may find you have issues either installing the Wiser HubR, connecting it to your WiFi, or using the Wiser Heat app outside the home.
Corporate VPN / corporate provided internet in the home - if your home internet is provided by the business you work for, Wiser Heat may have difficulty connecting to our cloud service, due to the rules and restrictions in place within your corporate firewall service. You can contact Wiser technical support, who can provide you with the necessary PORT information to give to your IT department to allow through their service (if they agree!)
VPN on your phone - If you are outside the home and have a VPN app service running - and cannot connect to your Wiser HubR remotely its worth disabling this service temporarily, force closing the Wiser Heat app, then re-opening. This should solve this issue.
