Why won't my phone connect to the Wiser network? Follow

This can happen from time to time.

This is easily solvable by following the following steps

1. Follow the in app instructions to enable the connection to the Wiser Network

2. Click on the Wiser network name in your phone WiFi settings Wiser_xxxxx - now wait for a few seconds, and your phone will pop up with a dialogue box informing you this network has no internet connection, and would you like to stay connected to it = click yes

3. It's important to wait for this message for android users of the app, as not seeing the message or clicking no will immediately disconnect you from the Wiser network to setup your system

For iOS devices: 

Please ensure that you  "allow " Wiser Home to access local networks to find nearby devices. This setting needs to be enabled for the app's connection to work.  On iOS, it is possible to check whether this is enabled via the following journey:

Settings > Search for Wiser Home > Set Local Network to ON.
