If you cannot access the Wiser app outside the home it may be because your account hasn’t paired correctly. If this happens please don’t worry, you will be prompted to pair your account to your hub the next time you are on the same WiFi network as your Wiser HubR by the App.
If your still having issues connecting remotely outside the home after this please try the following
1. Disable WiFi on your phone running the Wiser Heat app (this ensures your phone is connecting to your system via the cloud)
2. Open the Wiser Heat app
3. Go to settings
4. Logout of the app
5. Log back into the Wiser Heat app
This should resolve the issue if your login outside the home stops working, and you can re-enable WiFi connections, and continue normal use
