    This advice simply cannot be followed. As I can't connect to my hub the app will not allow me to go to settings because there's a permanent splash screen telling me that I can't connect to my hub.

    The only way I got this to work was by restarting setup skipping device setup and using a different email address in settings. Worked first time after months and months of trying everything.

    Wiser keeps locking up my broadband with a plusnet hub
